PolicyAppointments:
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to get settled and prepare for your massage. Clients that are late for their appointment might have their session shortened to ensure subsequent clients are not affected. Although same day appointments are available at times, it is recommended that you reserve your appointment a few days in advance.
Cancelations and No-Shows:
We require a minimum 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling for all appointments to avoid being charged. Clients that are unavailable at their appointment time, or No-Show, are responsible for full payment.
Payments:
We accept cash and personal checks. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be present at the time of service. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates can be used at cash value for services and products.
Packages:
May be transferred to another person upon approval. All requests must be submitted in writing (email is ok).
Traveling Fee:
There is a $10 traveling fee for all destinations greater than 20 miles away. There is a .50 charge every mile there after.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are never required and are always appreciated. Please feel free to tip as you see fit.
Termination of Session:
We do professional massage and bodywork only. Inappropriate language and actions will result in termination of your session with the scheduled payment due in full. I reserve the right to refuse service.
